So I finished listening to the whole series on audio, it has been my constant companion driving back and forth to work. I really enjoy her work and she makes romance fun.
Started listening to Confessions of a Shopaholic.

My Sister's Keeper-Movie
I watched the movie the other night (I've read the book) and I have to say the movie was sadder than the book! Two different endings and always the book is better than the movie but I still balled my eyes out.
Sad.
Sad.
Deeper Water by Robert Whitlow
Finished this last Wednesday night, my second book by Robert Whitlow. The book was great and fast page turner like Jimmy. Not exactly happy with the ending, it was left somewhat open. Hope to read some other ones though.

NY Times Book Review-Mr. Memory
So I have it on my color nook now and I'm looking at this past Sunday's review. I don't want to miss out on any "good" books although I'm slow to read or post in this blog. I am currently reading The New York Trilogy by Paul Auster and I Capture the Castle for my 2011 reading challenge. I'm behind though b/c I really should be finishing that one for the month.
Anyway back to NY Times book review:
So far I've only stumbled on Mr. Memory by Alexandra Horowitz.
Wow what a concept of memory championships, how far we've come to letting our phones and computers remember things for us. Can anyone honestly say they've done math on paper rather than an excel spreadsheet or used a calulator? Are we getting ourselves into a bigger mess that when one day everything shuts down we won't know how to function?
I like the idea and concept in the book and would seriously consider reading it.
Now in the middle of looking at the magazine, my nook is installing new software!
